Looking for feedback/advice on this GT competitive list based on observations/advice from dakkaites on best vanilla SM codex lists.

Captain on bike w/ relic blade, artificer armor, combi-plasma, digital weapon
(unlocks the bike squad troops option and solid HTH with mobility)

Bike 2x9 w/ combimelta & pf, melta x2, attack bike w/ multi-melta
(better than tac squads in every way)

Dread x2 w/ t-l auto x2
(cheap mobile shooty, take two for tactical redundancy)

I am absolutely sold on these units based upon my experiences.

As for the remaining 710 points, what do you suggest will complement the above for competitive GT I will be playing next month.
There will be Grey Knight razor/dread spam as well as GK termie spam, competitive necrons, space wolves, blood angels, mech eldar, you name it, it will be there in uber competitive mode. I am saddled with vanilla SM and need help with competitive build. Any advice or feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I suggest 2 vanilla LR and a assault termy squad. Its up to you whether you like TH/SS or dual LCs.
