HQ and Heavy are perfect.

Do you have ten dire avengers and 1 is the exarch, or 9 avengers and 1 is the exarch. The squad should be a full ten to maximize blade storm potential. I assume eldrad and the autarch are here.

The guardians will not be contributing very much and even with conceal will be easily wiped off the board. If you are insistant on keeping them, they would be better suited in minimum squads with scatter lasers. Mount them in serpents if at all possible. If you serpent mount them, they dont need a warlock, but an embolden lock+spear is not a bad idea.
On foot, drop the singing spear, you will rarely be in range of a tank to use it.

The exarch on the dragons should drop the pike, you want the entire squad in range, and it is easy to do with a 12" move and drop out of a serpent. Tank hunters is usually overkill, and points better spent elsewhere. You could drop the exarch altogether and run squads of 5 basic dragons. They can usually get the job done no problem.

The guardian squads are as they are for backfield objective camping. Only worry i have is outflankers, but i figure i can account for those with tactical operations. In hindsite i agree that an embolden lock would be best and will rewrite my list accordingly

Eldrad and your autarch are fine.
fire dragons dont need exarchs, so that saves you like 30 points.

Guardians should be given an EML, Bright lances are bad. If you want to put them in the open thats fine, they are cheap and can do ok, but they will probably die and run away and is something I personally wouldnt do.

Dire Avengers only need Bladestorm.

Heavy - If you bring Eldrad I think you should use him for either 6 Walkers, or you should use Eldras as a close combat unit.

For the rest of the amy you can either bring more Fire Dragons, you can put Eldrad with a squad of maxed banshees.

you can add more Dire Avenger serpents, but I would suggest giving all your troop serpents scatter lasers. Your troops need the 36" range or else they die.

You can add warp spiders, vypers with double cannons, scatters, or EML's.
