This list is very similar to my friends list, with the exception of the bloodthirster (he runs 4 tooled up squads with plasma pistols and furiuos charge, and no rhinos). He does very well with this list. In fact I have yet to beat it. The two defilers make you constanly think about placement, and prevent shooty squads from setting up in better positions. And when the deamon prince hits, it hits hard, and often. I think you'll do good with the list, as long as your not facing a lot of armour. But then again, you can the the defilers indirect fire.....
