I got to thinking about the local Wych Cult army player, and realized we probably made a mistake in our games against eachother, regarding my broodlord having toxin sacs.

Here's my question: Does a creature that is S5, that takes toxin sacs, becoming S6, have their Weapon Skills halved because of Wych Weapons?

The tyranid codex says that biomorph enhancements replace the statline, rather than modifying, or upgrading the statline. This would mean that, for example, a broodlord with toxin sacs *is* natural S6.

Or am I reading things wrong?

thanks in advance
