Just as the title asks, what have they made in plastic? I know the Mk. VII and Mk. VI, but what about the other 4 types? I could swear that back in the day when just about everything was metal that they had more than just those two types of armor available. If the others haven't been made, do you think we'll ever see them in plastic?

You can make Mk. 5s, or rather, a single Mk.5 suit out of the standard Tac box...more or less.

As for the rest, I think that will be the demesne of FW.

GW's theme for their marine kits tend to be eclectic; marines mismatch various pieces of armour consistently provided they're anything more experienced than basic tacticals. To be frank, I don't think GW much cares about offering consistent marks of armour; all the "new" marine kits have been their own unique thing, such as the Mk. Nipple for the BA, and Mk. Wolf for Space Wolves, and so on and so forth.

FW not only pays more attention to that sort of thing, but since they've now released comprehensive kits of Mk. 2 through 6, I doubt GW will try to release their own versions. Better to leave the niche product to the niche subsidiary company, and thus come with a niche pricetag.

The only real possibility is Mk. 8s appearing more consistently in the standard line, but again, it's more probable FW will release Mk. 8 sets when they flesh out the Minotaur Chapter, which apparently has access to higher-end Imperial equipment.

Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

Raptors have what appears to be Mk 1 leg armour. Speculating on what appears to be the Lightning Bolt pattern for which Thunder Armour was named.

They also have MK II/III/V Jump Packs

Some Chaos including Raptors and the DV Bolter Chosen have MK IV Helmets and Sanguary Guard have MK Iv Jump Packs

Mk V I am not sure about.

The ones I know you can build are Mks VI and VII and the Tactical Squad has a MK VIII breastplate.
