So i am trying to build a grey knights army without being too cheesy. I have two lists. please Give me some advise please and specify which list.
A.
HQ; Librarian- Warding staff, Lv 3 psychic mastery, powers; quick silver, The shroud, sanctuary
unit- Terminators-1 hammer, 1 psychic canon, psybolt ammunition, Justicar Thawn.
Transport- Storm Raven- multi-melta, Lascannon

HQ: Brotherhood Champion- Bare
unit- Strike squad- 9- 2 hammers, 7 halberds, psybolt ammunition
Transport- Rhino- Dozer blades

Strike squad-10- 1 hammer, 2 psychic cannon, 2 halberds, psybolt ammunition
Transport- Rhino- Dozer blades

Land raider- Multi-melta, psybolt ammunition

List B;
HQ; Librarian- Warding staff, Lv 3 psychic mastery, powers; quick silver, The shroud, sanctuary
unit- Terminators-1 hammer, 1 psychic canon, psybolt ammunition
Transport- Storm Raven- multi-melta, Lascannon

HQ: Brotherhood Champion- Bare
unit- Strike squad- 9- 2 hammers, 7 halberds, psybolt ammunition
Transport- Rhino- Dozer blades

Strike squad-10- 1 hammer, 2 psychic cannon, 1 halberds, psybolt ammunition
Transport- Rhino- Dozer blades

Storm Raven-multi-melta, Lascannon,

Vindicare Assassin-

I would recommend formatting your army lists a little better, so that they're readable.

Sorry i thought it would just be easier if i put the groups together, like the librarian going with the storm raven and the terminators.

In sixth I think Rhinos are alright but they give up first blood to easy. Your strike squads might be better off deep striking which I like doing.

I would drop psychic mastery lvl 3 on the Librarian as I think it's a waste as well.

The Bro Champion is an okay 2nd Hq Choice but for the same Points you can take Coteaz who is a lot better.

Also Strike Squads are better off with just swords not halberds if you want the halberds get a squad of Purifiers who get them cheaper and have the extra attack.

Here is what I would do with list "A" Using the Models you have listed and adding in some more with the points saved.

Librarian
Warding Stave
Might
Shrouding
Sanctuary
Warp Rift
205 Points

Bro Champion
100Points

10 Man Strike Squad
Justicar Daemon Hammer
Psycannon
Psycannon
7 Swords
Psybolt Ammo
250 Points

10 Man Strike Squad
Justicar Daemon Hammer
Psycannon
Psycannon
7 Swords
Psybolt Ammo
250 Points

5 Man Terminator Squad
Justicar Thawn
Psycannon Halberd
Halberd
Daemon Hammer
Warding Stave
320 Points

Stormraven
Twin Linked Multi Melta
Assault Cannon
Hurricane Bolters
Psybolt Ammo
255 Points

Land Raider Crusader
Psybolt Ammo
Multi Melta
270 Points

Aegis Line
Quad Gun
100 Points

So here is the plan the Librarian and the Termies ride the Raven. One of the Strike Squads and the Bro Champ ride the Land Raider Crusader.

The second Strike Squad mans the Aegis Line and Quad Gun.

Now here is a list that I would use totally revamping your Lists:

Coteaz
100 Points

10 Man Strike Squad
Justicar Daemon Hammer
Psycannon
Psycannon
7 Swords
Psybolt Ammo
250 Points

10 Man Strike Squad
Justicar Daemon Hammer
Psycannon
Psycannon
7 Swords
Psybolt Ammo
250 Points

10 Man Strike Squad
Justicar Daemon Hammer
Psycannon
Psycannon
7 Swords
Psybolt Ammo
250 Points

10 Man Strike Squad
Justicar Daemon Hammer
Psycannon
Psycannon
7 Swords
Psybolt Ammo
250 Points

Stormraven
Twin Linked Multi Melta
Assault Cannon
Hurricane Bolters
Psybolt Ammo
255 Points

Land Raider Crusader
Multi Melta
Psybolt Ammo
270 Points

Imperial Bastion
Quad Gun
125 Points

Okay with this list you pretty much have 40 feet on the ground and each squad has Psybolt Ammo which can get pretty ridiculous. Coteaz and one Strike Squad either ride the Raven or the Land Raider. Another Strike Squad takes whatever Coteaz didn't take. Another Strike Squad mans the Bastion and the last Strike Squad Deep Strikes into play where needed.

That's a really good idea, but i don't think strike squads can deep strike? They don't have terminator armour or anything do they?

GK strike squads can deep strike. Read your codex carefully. They wear power armor though.

Very good armies,
perhaps, Daemon hammer on Justicar it's not as good as it sounds, daemon hammer is a very good weapon, but it acts at the end of initiative steps, so, in case of a duel, it has nothing to do against the opponent, i always play halberd on them. they will fight first (killing the opponent faster by activating nemesis force weapon)

Everything that has rivets, would be made again.

I like list A better only because I would worry about my Stormravens not coming in until turn 4. If you could throw in a Comms Relay or a GM to modify your Reserve rolls, I think two Stormravens are a hassle for anyone to deal with. I agree with other posters that Rhinos do give up first blood easily, but it's certainly not a given, and if you flat out turn 1 to get where you need to be, then it's done it's job, so I still use them at times. Also, Land Raiders are boss. Less and less Necrons are out there now, so you won't have to worry as much about a 10 man squad of Warriors glancing your 255 point death machine to pieces.
