Noob question.

I just got my DV box set and I am working away on my DA. I have been reading on the forums about shooting and I noticed a few comment regarding Tac Squds and shooting and they seemed to be saying that their marines were getting (it appeared) 4 shots each. i can't find a rule about that anywhere in the new codex. now it may be the pain management talking (or general idiocy), but I can't find this rule anywhere. Is it DA specific, not exist or in the 6th ed I have not noticed... as if a boltgun is 2/4.

One of the Banners your command squad can take projects a bubble which makes boltguns Salvo 2/4 when in range of it.

It's a standard in the new Codex. You need a command squad (marines, terms or bikes) to get it.
