Ok so I have finally built my first army for 40k a full blood angels with imperial fists tournament army. Although I still plan to add a couple more units to that army and a properly finish the squads I have there I am starting to think in what army to do next. In 5th I was building a kan wall list for my orks which got dropped due to the 6th edition rulebook completely making it useless. No more cover from the kanz, KFF 5+ and grenades means there is no advantage in running the kanz in front of the boyz anymore. Rather the opposite.
So I have been thinkering about alternatives and would have fun build and assemble that would still be a lot of fun to play. I have been buying ork items from eBay and now a larger collection I reckon I can use to make for a fluffy yet competitive army.
The options I am considering at the moment are:
Ork warbikers lists
Ork trukk spam list
Does anyone plays any of these in 6th and can give some opinions in how competitive they are?

Not sold on the nob bikers they are two small for what they bring to the table and become expensive to quickly. Was thinking more in a warbikers taken as troops something like 4/5 units of 7, with assault 3 TL and 12 inches movement it is a lot of shooting a turn. Supported by lootas on the back and two dakkajets I can see them working. Just curious what people think of them?

I would love to but fitting both at 1850 seems pretty hard do you have any suggestion?

Well, a balanced force is the best you can do these days. With fast units like Nob Bikers, units able to hold objectives, Boyz of course, but also Grotz manning an ADL, and squads that can give fire support like Lootas.
