OK, before anybody jumps down my throat saying Lysander can?t drop pod ? I know that. That?s not what this list is about.

I?ve noticed a couple of the recently posted drop pod lists have added a lot of teleporting terminators. Mauleed mentioned he wasn?t pleased with Tigurius. So I thought to myself, what would make those termies even more effective. I thought of Lysander.

So essentially, it?s a drop pod list with Lysander controlling the deployment of all the terminators.

Lysander with terminator command squad, 2 assault cannons

Epistolary (Fear and Fury, termi armor) with terminator command squad, 2 assault cannons

2 x 5 man terminator squad with 2 assault cannons

Dread with heavy flamer, extra armour, and drop pod

2 x 5 man squad with melta gun in drop pod

2 x tornados

I list this at just 1750 because it allows the last 100 points for various flavor items. It?d be easy to scale this list up. Things that come to mind are adding chainfists, venerable to the dread and tank hunter to some of the terminators.

Another thing you could do is add some more guys and vets to the tac squads. Give the Vets teleport homers. Drop them on turn two. Use Lysander and his re-roll to keep the termies from deploying. Then drop them all on turn 3.
