Subject: Has anyone done pre-fall [Dark]Eldar armies?

I'm going to be restarting my DE army and am planning on doing a pre-fall scheme. I'm thinking about making them as opulent as possible, possibly white and gold for the main colors. No standard DE colors; no blacks, or dark reds/purples.
Has something along these lines been done before? If so can you link pictures and if not do you have any suggestions on how to do it properly?

Depends on how far back before the fall you're talking. Within a few thousand years, the Eldar were pretty much as messed up as they are now even if less fatalistic.
Either way, skintones and hair would pretty much be the same. Suits don't necessarily have to be brighter colors but they probably should be cleaner and less worn out or broken.

Hmm, so pale skin and purple/white hair are still in.
I wasn't thinking bright colors per se, but more along the lines of opulent/decedent. Sort of like Early 18th century France aristocracy, the colors may be not be bright, but they scream "I"m rich and better than you in every way." Maybe instead of white more of a high gloss ivory.

Hmm... has anything been written on pre-fall army organization for the eldar? It wouldn't be aspects and guardians, and it probably wouldn't be like the dark eldar clans as it seems to me that they would have developed out of the pleasure cults. What about beefed up wraithbone armour, kinda like pointy space marines? Or a precursor to wraithguard maybe, but with a person inside rather than being powered by waystones (that also wouldn't exist af that point)?

You know I'm not sure, I've looked around but most pre-fall fluff suggests that DE are much closer in origin than their craft-world cousins. Though I think I remember reading somewhere that most of the current craftworld technology isn't anything like what the PFE used.
The basis for the army will be Dark Eldar but I like the idea of using a sort of precursor to wraithbone. Though, I don't think that things like Wraithlords/guards would exist at the point. Maybe filing down all of the spikes/skulls/scythes from the models and giving them a more streamlined look. Much more like the newer Cylons than Mad Max
