guidelines when playing Experimental lists:
1) Always use the latest version of whatever list you are using: This is to prevent picking and choosing of the lists, and to support the play testing efforts of list designers.
Don't count on the Specialist Games website to have the latest version in the Experimental Rules section, either; The
SG site has often gone a few months without updating various lists. Seek out the home or forum of the list you are using to ensure you have the latest version.
Many of the army lists are being developed on the Epicomms Forums, at
http://www.epic40k.co.uk/epicomms/ikonboard.cgi This includes Tau, Tyranids, ATML, Various Eldar lists, and
LatD.
2) Obtain your opponents permission before beginning the game. Let them know that your playing an Experimental list.
3) Have a copy of the Experimental Rules you are using to loan to your opponent during the game, for reference.
Lastly, users of Experimental lists are encouraged to provide feedback to the developers of those lists.
