I'm not really experienced enough to give you a proper critique, but you might want to consider spending those 10 spare points on a warscythe for your Overlord.

Don't post individual upgrade points cost. It is against the forum rules.

What is the point in your Overlord? With MSS he needs to be in challenges but not weave or scythe means he needs to avoid them.

Tomb blades need to be the full 5 to have any effect on the game. 3 is just a free KP for your opponent.

So it looks like you're trying to drown your opponent in wounds 45 warriors, 10 Scarabs that's 75 wounds at 1000 points which sounds impressive. But your issues are:

A proper Horde eats you.
Tau and Guard shoot you to death to easily with Massed AP4
Flyers have literally 1 target to worry about. Helldrakes in particular ruin this list.
You're relying in S4-3 which means high Toughness units walk over you. So bikers and MCs laugh at this list. For instance if you shot all your warriors in Rapidfire range at a Riptide you'd do 1.1 wounds to it on average... a single Wraithlord is immune to your entire army except the Barge!

If you measure want to go gunmetal tide you need Crypteks to support (destruction is the best for this) and at this point level a 2nd Barge too.

Actually i was thinking about adding two more barges and a couple of crypteks. so should i drop the tomb blades and spend the points on barges? If im adding a barge or two, what should i drop? I'm ok with dropping the Tomb Blades.

Drop the Tomb blades. Then take the rest of the points from scarabs.

I dropped the Tomb Blades and two Scarabs. I added 1 Barge and gave the Overlord a Warscythe to max out the points. Do you think i should up the points so i can include a couple of crypteks as an hq?

Drop all the Scarabs get 3 Harbingers of destruction. And then either a solar pulse or Weave for the lord.

Just a heads up, your royal court is illegal, you can only have 1 of each kind of cryptek per overlord. Read your codex. Trust me, 5 eldritch lances would be ideal lmao and dirt cheap

Sorry Diezel but I think you need to read your codex and if confused check the FAQ you can indeed have as many of each type of Cryptek as you want in your court. It is only the extra unique upgrades that can take (like the solar pulse) which are one per court.

I just checked my codex and guess I've been reading it wrong the whole time! Lmao i apologize but also thanks for that, I've always wanted a squad of 5 eldritch lances! Str 8 ap 2 at 36" range x5 for 175 pts is amazing!
