So I'm going to New York City. Are there any cool gaming stores (preferably on Manhattan) that are worth going to and have a look?

Although it has been 13 years since I lived in NYC.

They do have a GW in NYC, I've heard it's supposed to be pretty nice.

The GW in nyc if cool. very small and can get packed but the people are cool. The complete strategist though i have never been to. I dont think they play GW there but i am not sure. Also i think you might have to pay to play.

Either way not too much minis get played in manhattan. I think there is a gaming club in brooklyn but again i am not sure.

Another vote for Complete Strategist on 33rd and 5th ave. It's stocked floor to ceiling with every gaming thing you can imagine. The Warmonger club plays there on Thursday nights IIRC.

And just across the street is Jim Hanley's Universe one of the best comic shops in the city.
