Is this the newest IA book with the Elysian Drop Troopers in it?

I haven't played since early 4th edition and don't want to buy an army book that is currently outdated.

It is just first edition talos campaign but has updated rules and profiles to fit in with 6th edition 40k. So if you want the latest rules for drop troops then this is the book you want.
