Ok - ran into this scenario.  We had a Chaos lord charging in to HTH has a PF and a PW.  Does the lord have to use either weapon?  Can the lord use it's basic stat line attacks without using any ignore invul attacks?

From what we have read RAW in the Special Close Combat Attacks section says they do not have to use it.  Any thoughts.

Yep. You can always choose to use normal attacks.
