Its been so long that I looked 4 pages back and couldnt find my original thread
My original idea was to use my guard as a Fenrisian PDF to run with my TS SW army...both projects fell to the wayside with school, relationship, traveling and opening a business occupying my time.
Ive played 1 game of 6h ed and have heard rumors the guard may get a new 'dex by next year.
My hope is to have a fully painted army by then

Ive run so many list ideas through my brain it'd be ridiculous to post them so here are some WIP pics of what Ive got so far...
the entire army will be based in an urban rubble theme...Ive been collecting bases from Secret Weapon, Anvil, and Dragon Forge so far... will need about 30 more regular dood bases and 5 more 40mm and I should be good.
Have 10 elysians to build, 10 cadian in Haz gear, and 10 more armored torso guys to build and I should be done.

Entire army is being painted in an urban waste winter theme... I have been experimenting with multiple paint techniques overf the course of this army and think it is finally coming together. Table top quality is my goal and the CO is the most done of all the guys so far...have to work on the leathers of the boots and pistol belt and that will be the norm for the army.

2 gunners for some russes...have brass barrels to replace the stubber barrels

realize the layering is not as clean and seamless as I'd like. I thin my paints and can fit in a few hours here and there to paint...try not to do it to bleary eyed but the 11pm-1am slot is usually all I can fit in

Yeah, I would agree, I was expecting very different results, but those all look great!
