i was just wandering, is there a sticky thread with peoples general appreciations of sellers or buyers ?

something along the lines "great dealing with <...>" etc....

which could help us all (i think,no ?) establish who has good reputation and who doesn't; with whom it is pretty safe to trade and with whom it's not.

if there isn't such a thread, what do you guys think of makin one ? (just like on warseer.com)
could be of help in the swapshop, no ?


i'm getting to all this because, well, bought some stuff from someone here (his forum name is Dienull) and never recieved the box and to top it off, never was very cooperative with tracking number of general info for that matter (the last email, where i ask for the tracking number and shipping company he directly NEVER answered.)

i've filed a complaint through paypal, i guess i'll never see the money ever again; but atleast, if i can spare the grief of "dealing" with this guy to some other; atleast it'll be something.

Dakka trade feedback!

That's funny, I was thinking the same thing a few days ago.  The way I envisioned it was that it would actually be part of your Dakka profile, like eBay.  Thing is, I think Russ already has enough on his plate!  Usually you can ask someone you're doing a trade with for references here on Dakka; that's what I've done (or just trade with people I know to be good posters).
