Today, I decided to look at the Specialist Games tab on the GW website. To my surprise, almost half the miniatures for Necromunda is missing, and there's only Imperial and Chaos Cruisers to choose from the Battlefleet Gothic line. What does this mean? Are they going to re-vamp sometime in the future, or just letting it fade away into memory?

Well GW were mostly responsible for the Berlin Wall, so it's natural for some people to harbour resentment towards them.

They quietly killed off Specialist Games a few months ago. I doubt they'll ever return.

We'll find out soon enough eh.

You're a bit late to the party chief, GW finally put down the SGs a few months ago, any stuff that's left is only on sale until they run out of any back stock, when it's gone it's gone, Forgeworld's SG stuff too. Most of the good stuff went in the first couple of weeks after we found out.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

"The language of modern British politics is meant to sound benign. But words do not mean what they seem to mean. 'Reform' actually means 'cut' or 'end'. 'Flexibility' really means 'exploit'. 'Prudence' really means 'don't invest'. And 'efficient'? That means whatever you want it to mean, usually 'cut'. All really mean 'keep wages low for the masses, taxes low for the rich, profits high for the corporations, and accept the decline in public services and amenities this will cause'." - Robin McAlpine from Common Weal
