I am aware that I am missing some buffs from my tervigons so I'll be making some adjustments (probably dropping some initial Termagants) to this list and working them in, I want to go for toxin sacs so I will be looking to use this.
I have never played against space wolves using my tyranids, I expect my opponent to field a landraider, drop pods, terminators, long fangs, njal the storm caller and The HQ choice that allows terminators to become troops.

This is for a game against a friend of mine tomorrow, I certainly want to win. I don't have many more tyranid models than the ones listed above except for 1 hive guard model, more genestealers and gants, and a half built Death Leaper. Would it be worth running hive guards and dropping genestealers? Maybe even trialing Death Leaper to harass his longfangs. I was considering infiltrating the genestealers and trying to use them to tie up something so that my Tervigons can make their way to objectives and sit on them, spawning Termagants to flood the field.

Some advice from experienced Tyranid, Space Wolves, or 40k players in general would be appreciated.

Looks good, I'd defiantly drop both initial Termagants down to 10 each to buff your Tervigon since you are guaranteed 2 more broods of some size, possibly many more. If this a friendly game, just proxy more gants if you breed too many.

Fighting crime in a future time!

I did just that Pipe, I won by a long way too.
This set up seems to work fairly well.

I knocked the gants down to around 12 per group, and used toxin sacs.
I managed to spawn quite alot of termagants but the game was won before any of them managed to get into any sort of combat.
