Thoughts:
Strike squads will be combat-squadded. Either 5x vanilla (objective sitting) and 4x special w/ 1x vanilla (combat) OR ranged and CC squads.
Inquisitor starts on the board with his henchmen inside the Aegis. 3/4 of the strikes as well, depending on what's needed. Turn 2, everything should be coming on. DStriking guided by skulls into position, librarian can summon the other strike CC or special group (3/4 start on table, one of those is going to need to come up). Callidus into their HQ or a particularly annoying unit. The librarian will probably be in with the paladins.

Questions:
Is this list bad overall? It kind of feels weak, but I'm not sure for the points level.
Is the Ordo Hereticus a foolish choice? I've noticed that many of the greatest threats at these points levels are Psyker-supported units or FMCs. The 354 point combo of Hereticus, henchmen, and Aegis should absolutely crap on Psykers of any variety. (>20% total points)
I'm lacking scoring units, should I go for GK terminators instead of Paladins?
Also re: Paladins, would it be better to take 2x in one squad and 3x in another? I lose psycannons that way :(
Is the null rod worth it? Considering how important the unit is, I figured 25 pts for psychic invulnerability was a fair trade.
Should the Librarian be rolling on divination instead?

Bumping this list to 2000 would probably mean adding 2x dreadknights w/ incinerators and shaving points elsewhere to include a Stormraven (probably dropping the null rod).

Not a bad list but a few big changes need to be made. First off take the vindicare instead, dropping a couple of upgrades. If you are worried about scoring units then, yes I would take terminators instead. No, the psychic rod thingy isn't the best choice but fora fluffy choice it's cool. But I'd take a ordo mall is inquisi w/ temi armour mastery lv 2.

Fluff wise though I love it! The fact that the ordo hereticrus are hunting down as many witches as possible!

Switching to a malleus buys me some 2+ saves in a unit with 4 3++ saves. Then I'd also lose the BS10 (!!!) against psykers/their units. Vindicare is the same cost as Callidus, I just don't like how easily he is squished and how unreliable he is. I'm also considering dropping the Callidus for a Psyfleman dread.
