Note: This are not meant to be particularly amazing, just impossible to beat using a more balanced 500 point army.

Aegis Line w/ Quad Gun

59 T7 wounds with 4+ cover. Come at me, bro!

List two:
Big Mek (Kustom Force Field, Eavy Armor)
15x Grots
Deff Dread w/ 2 Skorchas, Grot Riggers, Armor Plates
3 Killa Kans w/ Skorchas
3 Killa Kans w/ Grotzookas

7 Walkers who are almost always obscured, have someone to repair them nearby, and can lay down ungodly amounts of templates.

First list; your shooting is not amazing, and you lose all the artillery bonuses in CC.

Second list looks interesting. Don't count on that repair though

First list, I plan on surrounding the artillery with the grots so that in order to assault, you have to get through several worthless squads first. Keep in mind it's 500 points, (Where fliers are usually banned,) so there won't be too many things to shoot at either.

I'd ditch the runts and the Aegis then.

Aegis is good for killing fliers, but there are no fliers, and with a 3+ save you won't need the aegis cover either. You should also be camping in area terrain for free cover (same as Aegis if you gtg) and getting first strike in melee.

Get more Grots. Then I'd suggest getting a fighty character, but ofc challenge rules gak all over that.

The draw back is your "useless" units are also your scoring units. If they die you loose, or you tie at best. And dread can't score, even though it's a troop choice.
