Hi guys,

Over the summer holidays, I've been painting up some Bad Moon orks (for the purpose of modelling rather than gaming.)

Most of the army is still WIP, as you can see from some of these pics, but there are a few finished models. Most of the boys have been/are going to be converted from fantasy orcs (which are a bit fatter than 40k ones), seeing as I have the models around, and the bad moon orks are one of the richer ork clans, which would mean they could feed themselves better and be fatter. Comments and criticisms are appreciated! Thanks.

Do you think I should keep the yellow knees or paint them like bare metal?

And last but not least, the Borkmobile!

Sisters of Battle can be used in any game, with the exception of chess, Monopoly and of course, Warhammer 40,000.

After 8 editions, you might have thought that GW could get fantasy right.

Oh man, that Borkmobile is an instant win in my book! A fantastic example of what you can get away with when using Orks

I like a lot of your conversions a lot but my favorite model has to be that Ork with half-metal skull, the right-most Nob. Is he a normal Ork? He looks absolutely ass-kicking!

Thanks! Are you on about the one with or without the mask? The maskless one is an aobr ork with a normal nob klaw, and the masked one is just a normal one with a defiler head cover as a mask.
