Ok, so this is my first serious attempt at an army list. most of the people that play around me use Marines. so this list is kinda heavy on Anti-MEQ (Why I have Bloodletters. I was at first thinking Daemonettes)
HQ (Warlord)
Chaos terminator lord
Power Fist
Combi-Plasma
MoN
Blight Grenades
GoM
Terminator Sorcerer
+ 2 Mastery
Combi-Melta
GoM
MoN
Troops
5 Plague Marines X2
1 Plasma gun
Champ with Power Fist
VoTLW
10 Chaos Marines
2 Flamers
MoK For all
Icon of Wrath
Power Sword on champ
Elites
5 Terminators
1 Combi-flamer
1 Combi-melta
Dual Lightning Claws
Autocannon
Chainfist
MoN
VoTLW
Heavy Support
3 Obliterators
MoN
Fast Attack
Heldrake
Baleflamer
Allies
HQ
Herald of Khorne
Greater Locus of Fury
Lesser Reward
Greater Reward
13 Bloodletters
Upgrade one to Bloodreaper
I have the plague marines for Obj holding, keeping my warlord in one of them. The sorcerer rolls once on Nurgle, twice on Biomancy, stays in reserves with the terminators. I switch the Heralds lesser reward with an aether blade, and hope I get good rolls on the greater reward. The Khorne marines are my anti-assualt unit. to hopefully keep my plague marines from being tied up in H2H and keep them away from objectives. Obliterators do the usual heavy shooting at armor. The heldrake will hopefully just eliminate any of the MEQ guys running around (Thank you AP3 flamer with torrent. lol)
Now for questions
Would it be better to instead of mixing my termies up (Since they're kinda shooty, kinda assault) making them purely one or the other?
Would it be better to deepstrike the oblits, or start them on the field? (BT guy rolls his Warlord and termies all with TH/SS into fight in a land raider)
Been thinking of dropping sorcerer for either more troops or tweak some things to get another heldrake
Daemonettes are cheaper and have rending, but I keep the bloodletters for their AP3 swords. would it be safe to stay this way against MEQ's?
Tear it apart people. please. lol
