Second this, I'd even drop the warrior brood and the prime for another unit of carns

I really would like to use my warriors if only for one game...just hauled my models out of the dark...If I had to kit them differently or use them as shrikes with parasite...I can deal with that...anyone have advice for this?

I don't own Hive Guard...on purpose. (^_^)

ductvader, the warriors are not a total loss. You will need to run them with outflank from the HC, I think, to get them close enough, and join the Prime to them. Just be sure to keep the Prime closest to any S8+ weapons. Basic load out is not bad on them and they will eat non-dedicate CC units.

I would drop a guant or 2 for onslaught on 1 or both Trevigons. It is just to wrong to give to a brood of dakkafex. up to 12" move, then 24 tl shots out to 18"? Yeah, that can wreck a deployment.
