I'm starting to work on a small 1000pt eldar list and the things i know i want to take for sure are:

x1 Autarch (w/Uldanorethi Long Rifle, Mantle of the Laughing god & Swooping Hawk Wings)
x9 Swooping Hawks + Exarch (w/Sunrifle, Hit & Run & Nightvision)
x5 Dark Reapers (w/Starshot missiles)+ Exarch (w/Reaper Launcher, Markmans Eye & Night Vision)

I'm leaning towards getting a couple of Windrider Jetbike squads but am pretty open to suggestions - What would work well with the above?

Executing Exarch

The Twilight Zone

The autarch is all over the place. You have a heavy weapon on a jump pack model that will probably be moving or hiding. Either make an a stationary sniper or mobile fighter.

The hawks should drop night vision. Since they will never be on the board turn 1 and the next chance for night is t5, why bother?Their guns are not exactly lethal.

The reaper exarch is better off with fast shot than marksmans eye. An extra shot is always better with either the s5 Dakka missiles or the s8at shots.

Jetbikes would do well in your list, so would guardians in wave serpents. Why not both?!

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
