The eldar are not really adding much but a serpent...but a serpent is a very good tank and you have some nice units inside. First thing first, get TL scatter lasers on top of the serpent, these are critical to get TL shield shots Also consider a cannon on bottom.

Consider dropping a hamey, making 1 wytch squad 9 strong with haywires, and another 5 strong in a venom with haywires.

I figured a glaring weakness for DE is a survivable troop choice so I figure the wraithguard will shore up that issue. Also the wraithcannons will give me added close range anti-tank which DE can have trouble with as well. Plus you are right about the wave serpent, I'm stoked to get my hands on one, they seem wicked good!

Those are....all very good points.

Yes, serpents are absolutely insane. The label of "dedicated transport" is really a misnomer, it should be something like "Best battle tank in the game full of more units you won't be happy to see".

With the spiritseer deathmarking the squad they shoot at, it makes the wraithguard pretty consistent, and even halfway decent in melee! Tip for your seer powers, always roll on runes of battle and try and swag protect/jinx. Conceal/reveal is fine too, but the others are meh for your WG and your list. Then you can go to telepathy, maybe get something cool, but psychic shriek is always a nice fallback.

I gotta disagree with Dr. Serling here. I think that adding the spirirtseer and the wratihgaurd is actually a very effective tactic. The only thing I don't like is actually the fact that they are in the serpent, because the spiritseer can't cast spells out of it, namely conceal which means that if a DE vehicle moves, you can give it a 3+ or even a 2+ cover save, which is what you're relying on with DE. if you could somehow swing loading the spiritseer onto an open topped vehicle he could really buff your army. If you go that route I think that you can drive the serpent around until the seers transport gets popped then drop the wraith guard out on the seer to give him toughness 6 and the 3+/4+. Also if you roll a 4 on the runes of battle you are SET. Cover save and plus one armor save or minus one to a tough unit that you're trying to kill? that's really nice.

I also think that the list has a lot of speed but I also think that unless you're gonna take a unit of hellions as troops then the baron isn't the best use of his points, even if you're rolling him up to cover the beast pack. I would look into running the Baron or the Lady who are both sick for there points cost, and I can't run a list without at least one unit of Kabalite warriors but that's all up to you.
