I'm building this list to play casual games for fun against friends, but I'd still like it to be decent. Any general feedback on what doesn't work is appreciated, but I'd also like some affirmation on the strengths of the list.
Anyways, here goes.

Battle Chicken (Helldrake) - 170 pts.
-Baleflamer
ALLIED DETACHMENT - 490 pts.
HQ - 145 pts.
Melizha (Herald of Slaanesh) - 145 pts.
-Exalted Locus of Beguilement

Daemonettes - 135 pts.

Catharsis (Soul Grinder) - 175 pts.

So here are the purposes of each individual unit:
-The Noise Marines can move up to closer objectives while laying down a heavy volume of fire, and then camp for even more shots.
-Battle Chicken can use the Baleflamer to torch
MEQs, but is also my primary form of anti-air as it can Vector Strike the

out of Flyers.
-Melizha and one unit of Daemonettes will Deep Strike and form an assassination unit. Melizha is mastery level 2 so she has a higher chance of rolling Acquiescence and dicking over the enemy's Overwatch.
-Ladon will Deep Strike with the other unit of Daemonettes. They can be dropped on an objective if need be, or simply rip and tear whatever needs it most. His primary purpose is to allow Noise Marines to camp on objectives, while also being somewhat defensible.
-Catharsis's Ordinance weapon can pop open a plethora of vehicles, and the Harvester Cannon can e use to assist int the destruction of Flyers.
