Ok I know most of you think that a Farseer does that same job as eldrad and what have you but I would really like to use him in a combination with the avatar.

so what kind of list would I have to make to centre around these units?
1500 pts

Thanks in advance

Uhhh well you won't have much at 1500 points with those two, but this is kinda where I would take it.

Eldrad
Avatar w fast shot and crushing blow

20 guardians 2x scatterlasers
2x3 bikes with shuricannon

10 warp spiders

2x dual brightlance wraithlords w sword
3x dual scatter laser warwalkers

When your wife suggests roleplay as a result of your table top gaming... life just seems right

I took my wife thru the BRB for fantasy and 40k, the first thing she said was "AWESOME"... codex: Chaos Daemons Nurgle..... to all those who says God aint real....

Well, the combo Eldrad and an Avatar was quite good in previous editions. The Avatar was more or less the centerpiece of the army. Guardians can walk in his fearlessness bubble and Eldrad casted fortune on him. This combo should still work.
