So far I'm thinking on running with this, terminator lord runs with the terms and walk or deep strike forward and focus on taking out vulnerable, targets. Noise marines hold my primary objective and tear 1 squad apart at a time while the chaos marines rush forward in the rhino and contest objectives and the rhino will destroyer blade anything in its way if it survives. and theb in turn 2 the Heldrake will do its thing and burn all it can.

Any advice would be appreciated. Open to any suggestions.
Thanks

Are you planning on sticking with the MoS on everything? I don't see the value in it with the Terminators as Power Fists strike at I1 anyway

Do you see the value in the reaper autocannon? I have never used it, does it work well?

I agree totally with MoS on unwieldy equipped units either MoN or nothing. The reaper rock's (Twin-linked S7 48' range say hello back or side armor

I know what you mean about MoS on power fist terminators, and yes I am going for a themed Slaanesh army. The reason for MoS on the terms was for the power weapons to go first, and the only reason 2 power fists are in there is incase I end up fighting another squad of terminators or I can manage to charge a tank and take it down. Hence why my Chaos Lord has a Chainfist, to help with tanks and if not tanks then enemy characters if they have a 2+ save since the lightning claw won't do much to that and the reaper autocannon is pretty good, it will help with either tank killing (rear or side) and taking down infantry squad threats

If you drop the MoS on the termies and the Destroyer blade you could afford a second blastmaster in the noise marine squad, but I don't quite know where you'd get the other 17 points for it or if you want the destroyer blade hands down

Well if I can drop MoS from the terms giving me 23 points since I was originally at 997 so that will take me to 974 + 30 for the blastmaster and minus 3 from the sonic blaster it will replace giving me 1001 points. So that sorts that out I suppose

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Calculated that wrong... 997 goes to 977 once I lose the mark + 27 for blastmaster and taking of sonic blaster giving me 1004 points

My math was wrong as well, as you need a minimum of 10 Noise Marines in the squad to take the second blastmaster
