Free shipping on orders over £60.
But otherwise it is real shipping cost based on the weight and size of the box.

may be worth checking out as they stock a bunch of Reaper stuff and order from them fairly regularly
they may well be prepared to add something they don't normally stock to the order if you ask, they've always been good about getting back to me when I've asked them something
(might cost a bit more than direct, but no risk of a customs hit on a big order)

USPS is crap for shipping overseas. Even the slowest method is still about 3 times what it costs for someone in the UK to ship to me as opposed to me shipping to them.
Ask around though, you might be able to get 2 or 3 other people who are in the same boat to get together and place an order for the free shipping level. You are half way there already.
