I just stumbled across this site http://www.forgeworld-discount.com/index.php via the add-box on the top right of the dakka page.
25% off forge world stuff sounded just too interesting to not look...

As it seems, they have the complete forgeworld stuff.
Thus my questions:

First, the only proper explanation is that they get the forge world stuff, make their own moulds and then cast the stuff themselves.
If that is the case, is it legal (copyright/intelectual property stuff)?
I'm asking because I don't want to get into any trouble here

Second, has anyone ordered stuff there and can tell me about the quality? Forgeworld already isn't too hot some times and if they recast the stuff that might turn out not soo great...

Yes, they are obvious recasters and everything they are doing is illegal. Please edit your post and title to remove the link and name of the seller.

As a general rule any store* selling FW models at a discount is selling recasts. FW only sell directly to the customer and do not offer a discount to retail stores, so anyone selling real models at less than full retail price would be taking a loss on each item. Since stores that lose money on every sale don't stay in business very long it's a safe bet that anyone selling a full inventory of FW stuff below retail price is selling illegal recasts.


*IOW, not a random ebay seller with a kit or two they're trying to get rid of.
