I'm not big on Photon grenades. My fire warriors are going to die in close combat; its just a matter of when. I'd rather they get nailed on the charge, leaving the attackers in the open with their pants down and waiting to eat pulse rounds on my turn. Photon grenades give you a chance to stick around for an extra turn, locking the enemy up on your turn, which is something you definitely don't want. I'd hate to pay an extra point a model to gain that disadvantage.

Unless of course you have something sneaky and devious planned for them? If so, please tell!

Not really but I had points left, and didn't know what to spend it on... thats pretty much it LOL! After reviewing the codex though I've found I have some different options and some points values are off, but I've now fixed it.

I love the list except for the troop selections. I know you're getting your markerlights from those Firewarriors, but all of those static squads are just asking to be shot. Blast weapons, heavy bolters, starcannons, you name it, they're hosed.

Also, you don't need the bonding knife on the Broadsides. As soon as they go below 50% you're taking All on Your Own tests anyways.
