I'm interested in making some little icons to go on my SM's shoulderpads instead of painting the stuff on. Instead of doing 50 of'em by hand with green putty, is there anyway at all to make my own mold and create'em out of resin or something?

If that upsets your fluff stomach, buy a case of "it's just a game"-bizmo and get over it.

Ever heard of green stuff molding? Just use GS to make a mold of your original. Once hardened you press more GS into the mold and make as many copies as needed.

as long as your not copying a GW model, I would reccomend trying this excellent site for your molding needs.

I have been touting the virtues of this site for years, finally people are recognizing how cool bruce hirst really is...

And yes, it isnt hard to do your own shoulder pads with some liberal use of green stuff molding.

I did it for my deathwing, it worked really well.
