The unit that is the ultimate fire magnet.  Just about every game I have played, thus far, this is the unit that attracts the attention, the Khorngors.  I strongly disliked the GW metal figures.  I simply could not use them.  I had done a number of conversions of the Chaos Warriors into Space Wolves and Space Marines so I knew right off that this would work for creating bestigors models.  What I did not do however was plan out the ranks well enough.  I will fix that down the road.  Another of those WHFB rookie mistakes.  Time was somewhat limited then getting everything ready for the tournament.  Now I just have to get back to them.

The unit:

Love your work. Do you have a web site that shows your work?

Sick, as usual.

The only one I hate more than you is Migsula, because he can do what you do in about 3.6 seconds... That darn scandanavian fjord humper.

I have to agree that the GW Khornegors are aweful. But these are fantastic. Everything from the conversions to the painting to the basing is really, really good.

two words:
SU-WEET!

GW has become that guy just a bit too far into his late 30's at the club full of 20 year olds. Yeah, his stuff was hot last decade, but he refuses to accept that it's time to buy a new wardrobe. Rather than buy it, he's constantly arguing how cool his still is.

---Mauleed, on GW's current situation.

can we get some WIPs?
I realize the conversions must be simple, but I think I'll be using these for my blood letters if you don't mind!

I would post a compliment, but it wouldn't do the work justice. You must tell us the bitz you used though!

Well kind of more like a forum like blog where I am the dictator that sort of archives my posts on various boards including Dakka Dakka. http://s9.invisionfree.com/Madhouse_Workshop/

Cool

Someone in my local GW did this but they all were just the worriors with Gor heads. All the heads were the ones with the like helmet type things on. you know.

they were just used as standard warriors too. he has an army of them.

They create a strong character for the army

I did a short tutorial on painting red for armies at this link... http://s11.invisionfree.com/Work_In_Progress/index.php?showtopic=335

Yea I will post some pics in this topic. They are more simple than converting the Chaos Warriors to space marines. As to bitz...just Beastmen Gors and Chaos Warriors and GS, plastic is your friend.

The only one I hate more than you is Migsula, because he can do what you do in about 3.6 seconds...
I would like to see that, with a stop watch

Here are a couple of WIP shots of the figures, not a tutorial, I'll have to do that some other time which really its not much different than converting them into marines, don't know if anyone has done a tutorial on that either.
