I wasn't sure whether to put this in here, or in the Swap Shop, but I figured that it'd get more views here. A friend of mine is looking for a mini to represent a long running RPG character, so precise scale isn't that important, if anyone can suggest to me a model(s) that'd give me the desired appearance.

I'm looking for a plate-mail clad bearded gent-type with a shield and longsword. I play 40k, so am not that famliar with the various fantasy type models out there.

the reaper greens from 10-13-2006 show "Mage of Ritterlich" it was renamed but I don't remember the new name which I just bought b/c it's a very nice fig. if you can get past the mutton chops. I'll be removing those the only thing it's missing is a shield for you.

Yep, go through Reaper's line. A guy in plate with sword and shield? I think they have a few of those...
