Howdy, everyone
Below is my WK40 project, started and finished in 2014.
A few Imperial Knights, House Cadmus scheme (2 Paladins, 3 Errants, 2 Anti-Air conversions, each of the 5 FW variants once).

(I wanted to consider that project finished. Yet, I have to admit, 4 more knights are in the making right now, 1 FW Magaera for a conversion will be delivered tomorrow...I am afraid the Household will still grow in numbers).

That is a ton of Knights. They look nice too, try to get some pics without having to use the flash though.

When playing Imperial Knights according to the FW list, there is room for a "Lord of War" choice.
I do not want to let that slot go to waste, so I am inclined to add this guy here:

Looks great! Unfortunately, you'll have more Knights than friends if you try to field that.

Whoa!

I'm lost for words, that is one hell of a collection! That Warlord Titan (is that what they're called?) is the best of it's kind i've seen on the interwebs, the amount of detail on it is really a sight to behold!

What did you use to convert the anti aircraft quad gun looking Knight? Do you have any other pics of it? I quite fancy getting an Imperial Knight but I'd like to do away with the giant chain sword thingy and your conversion looks awesome!

That Warlord is insane!
It makes the knights look like little green Smurfs!
I think you need to add an SM or better still an Ork in front of them. There must be a model of an Ork somewhere scratching his head!
Would love to see this army in person.
Do you ever use the monster as a piece of terrain?

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

Nope, but the Warlord fought in the first battle upon Apocalypse release in our local GW. Though "fight" might not be a appropriate term: His behaviour was rather like a school bully taking little kids lunch money away
(Okay, a tad late, the answer, but still better than never )

Finished 6 more knights yesterday, and decided to take some more group pics:

Well...basically for the same reason anyone else got a 10K army

A beautiful collection that needs no reasoning behind it. Well done, Inquisitor Hein!

The AA Knight is awesome. I skipped the latest Knight codex so some of the weapon options don't look familiar to me. Do you have special rules for some of those variants or are they your take on existing canon variants?

Absolutely bonkers, what an incredible collection.

Say, that one with the triple Missile systems on its carapace and the secondary chest missile systems and claws (to the right of the double-Quad Lasers Knight) - you bashed a Knight with one of the Dust German walkers, didn't you?

Thx Regardng the overall comments, the Rifleman was usually peoples favorite. Hm...I am inclined to build another one, I got a Magaera head left, two twin linked auto cannons from a Dust Axix walker...hm....

Thx About the variants. The Plasma Gun, The "Mantis", the big arm rocket launcher, the "Rifleman" and the quad laser one are own designs. Do not have rules for them (yet), but - right now - the can be used as Proxies: Plasma as Errant, Mantis as Gallant, Rifleman and Quadlaser as Crusader, and Arm rocket launcher as Styrix.

Thx Indeed..only 2 Paladins and 3 Errants are double/triple, the rest are unique variants. I wlll probably cut off one Errants gun, magnetize it and add a magnetized chaingun, so I can use him as Warden (who by now has closely beaten the Paladin as best "All Rounder").

Indeed Though "MORE KNIGHTS" is usually an option to solve most problems

Haven't written it down. Basically, the Rifleman is some Dust Walker Autocannons for the inner barrels, some Hydra autocanons for the outer barrels, a Hurrican Bolt Systems Hull, and the ammonitonbelt is from a Matrix Delux APU action figure from McFarlane toys (which is by now no longer an option, as those things hardly appear on ebay anymore. And if they do, the will cost BIG).

Thx As stated above, he is usually the crowd favorite. I was actually deliberately going for the classic, revered Battletech rifleman.

Yep, correct, a Axis Walker. The top carapace missile pods are from a GW Valkyrie. Wanted to have an insectoid looking Knight.

Well played, sir. Well played.

Also, that is a metric feth-ton of Knights. I don't think I would've guessed there was anyone in the world with that many painted Knights. And they're even well painted!
