Could a Thousand sons terminator list work? Something along the lines of two units of 9 terminators with the Chosen of Arihemin as your HQ choices, with the rest of the points filled in with flamers or screamers in 2000 pts?

I've had some luck and a lot of fun running an 1850 point Dustwing. It's a little different from what you're invisioning, with no Chosen - the fact that you can't take powerhouse sorcerers and teleport them with the Chosen makes me not want to try them out. Go fig. But here's the list:

EDIT: Took out all the individual points costs.  Also, let me note how awesome those 9-strong termi squads are - nasty tough, nice volume of fire, and pretty sick in combat, with the 5 chainfist attacks (with no charge, as I traded their combi-bolter for a 'fist, meaning they keep their power weapon and +1 A)

Wait, you cant teleport the squad aspiring champion with "the key"? That is going to cause some problems. I was hoping the combo of a Chosen and Aspiring champ would really let me dish it out sort of like the 13th company runepriest/pack leader combo.
