Wass up everyone, uh I have just started Necrons and am starting a Destroyer Cult and I was just wondering if i could take a Destroyer Cult as well as another formation or group of units?

Sure can. And when you use the Decurion, the Formations inside it all get the Decurion bonus (+1 Reanimation). But there is nothing stopping you from taking any Detachments or Formations alongside a Destroyer Cult.
Keep in mind though, rules questions go in You Make Da Call.
