How the hell can I make acolytes that look different from guards?

I'm thinking about getting some hot-shot weilding acolytes, and all I can think of is getting MT or old Kaskrins. Loving the kaskrins tho, but if i want to kitbash... I can't think of anything

You could look into the old fashioned storm troopers (not the kasrkin).

Or you could use SM models if you're using Carapace (SM Scout models) or Power Armour (everything else).

Dark Eldar bodies are pretty good for this too.
