Looking through the Kaoyun-supplement I stumbled upon the White Scar artefact "The Hunter's Eye". This gives it's wearer +1BS and also grants the wearer and any unit he is a part of "ignores cover".

Putting him on a bike with a conversion beamer could be really nasty. Or maybe with a unit of grav-cents. The latter choice might be better with a librarian and inside a droppod though.

Yep, libby with it and 3 Cents are terrifically awesome (and save you rolling for Perfect Timing).

People like it on grav bikes as well, for the same reason.
