I'm thinking swams with ap2-3 guns and some tanks. Taking 2+ seems bad vs all the plasma and grav, idk how much access they have to ignores cover. If they don't I feel like DE would be awesome, but of they do I'm thinking Necron Harvests. With either of those imma be allying with Skitarri and maybe an Imperial Knight

Kind of a broad question - Space Marine armies are quite varied. But to this specific question:

Space Marines have very little access to Ignores Cover, especially at low AP values. The major exception is armies that use Sevrin Loth or Tigurius (who can reliably generate Perfect Timing).
