Good Morning, I am looking at starting up a 40k army based off of General Grizmund from a Narmenian Armoured regiment.

What do you all think is the better book to tank from. The AM Codex or Imperial Armor?

Currently: the ABG list in IA1. You get LRBTs as troops, a better command tank (IMO), and you can actually take Grizmund.

In a few weeks: who knows. The new IG "formation of formations" has a tank unit as one of the core choices, so you can make an all-tank army and get the formation buffs + relics + warlord traits. You'll have to take a codex tank commander and call him Grizmund, but maybe that's an acceptable price.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.
