Some general things before any suggestions are made: 

*The area I play in has disallowed Rending assault cannons for DH, as well as mystics shooting at drop pods.

*Fully painted models I can include are limited to filling out the stormtrooper squads (to a full 10 man squad with tooled veteran), a 10 man GK power armoured squad, a power armoured inquisitor with 6 man retinue (3 plasma vets, 2 mystics and a familiar), 2 DC assassins, and a Vindicare.

*I'm loathe to remove the Daemonhammer on my GM, primarily because when I got him he was already converted that way (and it's been incredibly useful in the games I've used it in).

Beyond that, any suggestions?
