Which of the following 2 lists would be more effective? i am working with the models i have. i do plan on getting more and have a good idea where to go.

Devastator (demolisher or devestaor are also options. i just the look of the Devi better )

Ok, neither are....amazing lists, Sorscha likes a bit more ranged game, but if I had to recommend you one over the other I'd say the prime sorscha list maybe? Putting your +2 DEF spell on yourself ever turn, everyone else shield walling/running, until you can feat and get the alpha strike off...I guess...but you're probably going to have a lot of games where you feel like you are wildly out classed by your opponent. Don't put that down to either sorscha, they're both solid casters, they just prefer different armies to these As you get forces closer to what they work well with, you'll see what I mean.

i guess the question this becomes would there be a caster who would work better with this list. i know what units i want/need. never thought about a different caster

Irusk2 perhaps? Probably in list 1. An iron fang kovnik would be great but irusk2 is pretty good
