are you giving your special weapons squads anything besides demo charges?

They will be getting flamers, and the command squads missile launchers in the to-come 1750pts list.

Too many rough-riders - they should hold the line, not charge headlong into combat, maybe add a hellhound or two for offense.

You have a lot of lascannons, so you may be okay for anti-tank, and the volume of lasguns will help with short-range anti-infantry, and 8 heavy bolters to deal with longer range infantry is nice. The veterans though, 5 should be 6 for survivability at least, especially is they have to run up on their own. I think following a hellhound will increase their life-expectancy.
