Do you live in Southern California and want to get some extra ITC points before the end of the season? Want to help build a community of gamers in Orange County, CA? Then come on down to Comic Quest and participate in our ITC Tournament Series.

What: 3 round, 1500 points, Warhammer 40k ITC Format Tournament. Cost to enter is $10 – purchase a $10 gift certificate and present it to the T.O. to get signed up.

Where: Tournaments will be held at Comic Quest in Lake Forest, CA (right where the 5 and 405 freeways merge). 23811 Bridger Rd, Ste 100, Lake Forest, CA · (949) 951-9668

When: There are currently 3 tournament dates set up on September 17, October 15 and November 19 (all Saturday’s – the week after Game Empire Pasadena’s tournaments, for your convenience).

Daily Schedule is as follows:

11:00-11:30 Table and Terrain set-up and sign-ups
11:30 – 2:00 Round 1
2:00 - 2:15 Break
2:15 – 4:45 Round 2
4:45 – 5:00 Break
5:00 – 7:30 Round 3
7:30 – 8:00 Awards and Cleanup

Please note we are somewhat limited for time based on the Comic Quests hours. Please make an effort to eat lunch between 11 and 11:30 during set-up. There is no official lunch break, but we are allowing for 15 minute breaks in between rounds, so if you finish early you should be able to grab a bite to eat (there is a McDonalds, Subway and Arby’s within walking distance and much more within a quick drive). I am going to try to get the store to open at 10:00 on tournament days, in which case we would have a 10:30 start time, and a 30 minute lunch after Round 1.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for the following: First Place, Second Place, Favorite Army, Favorite Opponent

Event is going to be 1500 points to allow for a shorter day. Hope to see some dakkites there!

We had 10 people show up and get ITC points. The next event is October 15 - get your 1500 points ready!
