How are you going to deal with tanks? You have only two Power Klaws in the whole list and the rest of your points are spent on, of all things, Grots? Grots are the best part of useless.

Orks need two things: Boyz and Toyz.
You have a good deal of Boyz, with 30. But your Nobz need transport (Battlewagon if you can). Try to find some Lootas or Mek Gunz, or Tankbustas. And Trukks all around.

So I'm sorry to say it, but if you even want to enjoy a game you're going to need a full overhaul.

I'd ditch the nobz if I were you. They're rather overpriced for what they do. (I do like them though, they're pretty cool!) Maybe spend the points on some tankbustas in a trukk. I'd also say to change those gretchin out for more boyz because they're just better all round. 60 boyz, a warboss and some tankbustas in a trukk should be a pretty decent list and you should tear this guy up if he doesn't know what he's doing! But it is pretty expensive to build a whole new list so I'd suggest just stick with what you've got until you have tougher opponents
