My goal with this list is to create something free of most of the 'boogeymen' of the CWE codex, but competitive enough to surprise people running the somewhat above-average lists I generally see. Meta is "Optimized Casual", where most lists stick to a fluffy theme, but work within that theme to game up the best list they can manage. We are at the level where codexes like Guard, Orks, and Chaos Marines can compete just fine, but stuff like solo knights and forgeworld sicarians etc are not uncommon occurrences.
