Hello all! Please review the following list, it is meant for ultra competitive tournament play.
Missions are eternal war + up to 3 maelstrom cards per round + counting kill points and the draft FAQS are legal, so no more Culexus in Drop Pod.

Nemesis Strike Force:
Librarian lvl 3, Domina Liber Daemonica
Strike Squad ( 5 men)
Dreadknight teleporter, incinerator, greatsword
Dreadknight teleporter, incinerator, greatsword
Kaldor Draigo

White Scars Allied Detachment
Librarian hunter's eye
Scout squad (5 men)
Centurion squad (4 men) grav-cannons x4, omniscope

Librarius Conclave
Tigurius
Librarian lvl 2, jump pack
Librarian lvl 2

Inquisitorial Detachment
Coteaz
Ordo Xenos inquisitor servo skulls x3, rad & psychotroke grenades

What do you think? Will it do ok?
It is pretty standard, the dreadknights i am not sure of, they could be replaced with a CM on bike, an extra centurion and bikes for the libbys

No comments? Is it that good?

Just to give you a heads up, when you put the white scars librarian + dev cents in a unit with ultramarines they both lose their chapter tactics, and when the FAQ draft goes live, it will be spread to Grey Knights as well.

I don't know how you intend to set up the deathstar, but you will lose hit an run when tiggy (or any of the conclave) joins the dev cents.

Other than that, I like it. The hunter's eye in it will def cause a TON of destruction and the conclave will make the powers *cough* invisibility* cough* super reliable. Actually saw something similar in a recent tournament and they were using the conclave to summon demons lol.

Thank you for your time to comment.
You are of course correct, hit and run is lost, but hunter's eye is superb and the list can not afford fishing for perfect timing too...
If the powers are up, i expect the death star will murder most things in CC since it has 6 psykers with force (and staffs, axes, hammers), Draigo and re-roll misses from prescience. In case of tarpitting i can gate out of CC.

Summoning demons is a fun idea and certainly competitive, but it is too unfluffy for my taste and i do not own any demon models.

What is your opinion about the dreadknights? Do they complement the list well or should i opt for something else?

I think the DK loadout is good, it is Ok-ish in dealing with the things your Grav Cannons are not efficient to deal with (i.e. armor save 4+ or worse) and the tarpits. As well as it can sometimes bail your deathstar out of tough combat (e.g. Maulerfiend and multiple Maulerfiends , Soulgrinders or IKs) when you failed to cast Hammerhand and/or failed to gate out of there.

Speaking about the psychic power, you will steam rolled any army without intense psykers or not taking a Culexus. But if you face one psychic heavy army like Daemon Factory, or Jet Seer Councils. Remember to throw 10 or more dices into Gate of Infinity, and 6 or more dices into Invisibility(assuming you are casting Invisibility with Tiggy's Conclave), with that, you are on average gaining 5 successes. And on average your opponent need 30 dices to deny it, which would likely be extremely hard. Keep in mind that when facing an equally competitive / OP army, these two powers IS your life, failing anyone of them just once might lose you the game.

Thank you very much, this is exactly the kind of feedback i am seeking.
Psychic powers seem a bit of a headache, i am not sure if after invisibility fishing for endurance is worth it, or try on librarius or fulmination...
This seems a very opponent-dependent decision..

Very. Often I struggle against demons or eldar since they can shut down your powers.

DK are well set up. It's not uncommon for my dks with a similar load to pull down imperial knights and other big baddies. I usually lose one, but he goes down swiniging.

This list will struggle with msu tactics. Gladius strike forces, imperial guard mechanized infantry, etc will give you a hard time. You simply do not have enough bullets for the bodies, and they tend to have guns that really hurt. Also, keep in mind even with invisibility up on the star, nothing else will be invisible or the star can fail to cast it next turn. Be smart about placement as this army is good but unforgiving. Losing just one model, or failing a key power hurts so much and can cost the game.
