Change a Vet to a Watch Sargent for free, just to make your Leader stand out.
Hmm..apart form that..very few numbers? I suppose you can always use the Rhino as a mobile shooting base for the frag canons, , have the other 3 marines out and following with, that is how I can see this one being played, as after reviewing the frag canon and infernus heavy bolter, both are assault. So the question is now who are your specialists?
For suggestion, I personally prefer the razorback with small squads, you can always drop a frag canon and go with a shotgun; shorter range, lower power, but still got that template. And it's a shotgun. A razorback gets you an loose 10, enough for a dozer blade, or perhaps a stalker bolter, aupex, melta bomb, combat shield, whatever.

I play a 200 point Deathwatch Kill Team and have learned quite a few lessons against some different opponents... here's some general things I found useful, after learning some of them the hard way: - Take a bike... then make him your Indomitable Specialist (with FnP). Since no 2+ saves are allowed, this guy is king of the table... 3+ (or 4+ jink) with T5 and a 5+ FnP... you basically have a 2+. He's been an amazing tarpit for things like a bunch of boys, grots, guardsmen, etc. Also, dont' make him your leader, so that he can be the specialist and so you can use him to draw large emeny bunches away from your leader. - Rhinos are great... almost too good IMO for 35 points. I regret not using one sooner in my lists. However, it is certainly tempting to get another body in there for the same points (i.e. a bike)... I'd keep one on hand but try playing without it and see if you really "need it" - I find the stalker pattern boltgun is wonderful, especially if you make him the Weapon Specialist (BS+1 or +50% range) - Bolters are great, but shotguns are better IMO in killteam. You will suffer in games where you have open-topped speeders + scouts, or Trukks + boyz, crashing down around you... but the wyrmsbreath shell can really put a hurt on them. Plus, the overwatch protection is very very handy. Again though, YMMV. - Frag cannons are crazy good, especially for the same points mentioned above.. but they are really really expensive... I'd take 1. Either put him in the rhino and cruise around or else give him the Guerilla Specialist (infiltrate) role. I find that very useful. - Finally, I really like a guy with a close combat weapon that strikes at initiative with the Combat Specialist (Killer instinct) role. Being able to get in there and knock out a Nob, or Sgt with pf, etc. before they swing is huge.. from what I've experienced anyway. I know the blackshield upgrade is expensive, but I actually found that giving a vet a ccw and chainsword and this upgrade (blackshield) then layering on killer instinct gives you a heck of a lot of wounds they need to save before smashing you out with their I1 weapon. You have to just pick your targets carefully though. Hope all that helps.. not trying to make you use the same list I take lol (although it certainly seems that way.. haha!) but just wanted to point out a few units that are MVPs of mine!

Definitely agree on frag cannons. One is great, but more than one is probably overkill because of the range. An Infernus Heavy Bolter might be a better second weapon - you get relentless, high-quality firepower that's enough to be a serious threat to most kill team targets and a defensive Wall of Death.
